The National CERT team’s paper on cyber security education and professional training appeared in the eminent per Concordiam journal published quarterly by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.
The presented approach proposes tight cooperation between private and public sectors, i.e. state bodies and private organizations, aiming to educate new and existing employees in the area of information security. In addition, a model for implementation of a timely cyber threat analysis for AI-based systems was proposed, including education of employees in terms of the development of adequate skills and knowledge necessary for combating this type of threat. This makes way for an innovative approach enabled by the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Serbia, particularly bearing in mind that Serbia is the only country in Southeast Europe that has in such manner defined the development and application of artificial intelligence.
