Meeting between National CERT and Special CERTs

As part of its regular annual activities, the National CERT held a meeting with Special CERTs, in an effort to additionally improve cooperation and strengthen public and private partnerships. During the meeting, the participants presented their activities and plans for 2020. Among the topics that dominated the discussion were the current challenges faced by the Special CERTs in their everyday work, raising awareness on cyber security and the manners of exchange of information between the National CERT and Special CERTs.

The unanimous conclusion was that the previous year's results were above the expected range, mostly due to the mutual cooperation. Therefore, a wish for an additional improvement of experience and information exchange has been expressed.

The National CERT, operating under RATEL, keeps a registry of Special CERT's in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Information Security. The Special CERTs perform tasks of prevention and protection from security risks in the area if cyber security.
