October is traditionally observed as Cyber Security Month, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of safe internet usage, recognizing current risks and implementing appropriate protective measures.

To raise awareness and improve knowledge regarding information security, the National CERT will conduct various activities throughout October dedicated to citizens, businesses, and other relevant target groups. Special attention will be focused on pensioners (senior citizens), small and medium enterprises, media representatives and representatives of critical infrastructure.

A brochure titled "Information Security – Recommendations for Protecting User Accounts, Devices and Data" will also be released during October. Educational brochures from the National CERT are available on the "Publications" page. Users can find more information on current threats and protection methods on the "For a Safer Click" platform, accessible via the National CERT website. Various educational videos on information security are available on the platform.
