The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL), in the capacity of the National CERT of the Republic of Serbia, and the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry Foundation (RNIDS) will host the National Cybersecurity Conference at the Radisson Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade, on October 24th, 2025.
This year, special attention will be given to risk management, as well as to the challenges faced by companies entering the information security sector. One of the panels will focus on the practical application of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity and its transformative role in shaping the future of the field. Furthermore, continuous education and organizational capacity building—recognized as critical prerequisites for the effective prevention of cyberattacks—will remain a central theme of the program.
Key sessions will include a presentation of the National CERT’s activities in the areas of cyber risk information sharing and early warning services, along with an overview of cyberattack trends identified within Serbia. Considering the connection between cybercrime and information security, statistical insights on cybercrime in the Republic of Serbia will also be presented.
The conference will once again provide a comprehensive overview of current and highly relevant topics in the field of information security, addressing the needs of the business community, cybersecurity professionals, as well as individual users of modern technologies.
