The National CERT of the Republic of Serbia warns all citizens that there is a current phishing campaign in which citizens are sent fake emails and documents that are presented as official correspondence from the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, the Prosecutor's Office for High-Tech Crime or other state bodies. In some cases, the attachments contain forged letters with fake signatures and stamps, featuring serious accusations and alleged official investigation warrants.

The National CERT recommends that citizens do not open attachments or links in such messages, and do not send replies.
